Join Joni Staaf-Stamford for an unforgettable journey to one of Ireland's most sacred spots. Enjoy a week of gentle yoga, mindfulness, transformational breathwork, journaling practices, hiking, and exploring the beautiful Burren. The Burren is one of Ireland’s most intriguing, beautiful, magical landscapes and one of the country’s six national parks. Here, you’ll be able to slow down, reflect, connect with your inner wisdom, and return home with a renewed sense of purpose.

THE VENUE

The Burren Yoga Retreat Center has been a venue and provider of yoga retreats since 1999. It is a high-quality luxury health and wellness retreat center with world-class vegetarian food in one of the most beautiful places in Ireland: the Burren. The center uses locally sourced ingredients and caters to all dietary needs. Many guests have left Tripadvisor and Google reviews on the quality of the vegetarian meals. With a warm and welcoming environment, The Burren Retreat Center is the perfect place for our transformative inner work. During some of our afternoons there, their skilled and local guides will offer us several tours, including gentle hikes to unique scenic spots and sacred areas sure to inspire.
