A Note From Joni

I've been there—stressed, overwhelmed, feeling like there's no way through. And for the last 25 years, I've studied and practiced powerful techniques, from mindfulness, breathwork, and healthy eating to yoga, positive psychology, and higher purpose practices. These disciplines continue to help me over each hurdle life presents. They can help you, too.

I've made it my purpose and life's work to share my knowledge and experience — to help you gain insight about yourself, get to know your body through movement and food patterns, find balance, ease, and purpose, even amidst life challenges, and become a happier, healthier person, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I would be honored to support you on your journey to a healthy body and a peaceful soul.
