Counseling

Flexible individual and couples counseling sessions are available; I can help you learn to manage stress and uncertainty, to move through life’s obstacles. If you’re feeling stuck, I can help you focus on creating a life of meaning, purpose, and contentment. We can flexibly use our time to include traditional talk therapy, CBT, mindfulness, yoga, and overall wellness. Grief counseling is available at a discounted rate.

 

Yoga & Meditation Teacher Trainings

I offer an integrative, compassionate perspective of yoga and meditation in all my trainings. My 200-hour yoga training is registered with Yoga Alliance and I am a continuing education provider.
